History

Integrated Broadband Network Solutions Inc. (DBA) IBNS Inc. Founded as M&D Enterprises Inc. Changed its name to Integrated Broadband Network Solutions Inc. on March 27, 2009 and has been operating as a premium provider of Low Voltage Services in Hawaii since November 18, 2004.

IBNS Inc. has begun work on the Federally Funded Broadband Technologies Oportunities Program in Maui, Molokai and Lanai.
This Program will Create Sustainable Jobs and improve the communication networks of DOE, State and University Systems and create opportunities for areas without service to finally get the 21st Century systems available in other areas.
